Parnesha Ingram was born and raised in Orlando Florida. She overcame many obstacles in her life. Being bullied in school, she needed an outlet at a very young age. Performing became her way out. It created confidence, self-worth, and focus for this blossoming actress.
In school she loved to recite poetry, read speeches, and scenes. Parnesha is a well rounded woman with a very strong belief system. Her mother kept her on the usher board and singing in the church choir. She always stayed in several organizations. A few of the organizations were honor society, student government, upwards bound program (college prep), Del-teens, and the Beta Club (community service program). She was also a majorette Captain traveling all over the world in the Band. Her 12th grade year in high school she was privileged to become Miss Jones High School of her class. From being bullied to being recognized as the face of her high school class by her peers was a big accomplishment for her. Parnesha never performed in plays in school because Theater was not offered. But she didn’t let that affect her chances at getting into a great theater program in college.
With her determination she was elected a four year tuition and room/board scholarship to the prestigious Alabama State University where she majored in Theater under the great leadership of Dr. Tonea Stewart and Mr. Brian Martin.
There she won several awards and was honored to be Miss Dramatic Guild.
After Graduating Suma Cum laude, Parnesha went to NY to pursue her acting career!! Her goal in life is to be able to get roles that make a big impact on the world and to be able to one day receive an Oscar.
